SUBJECT:     New Purchasing Policy

Ms Shelia Warren has been appointed Purchasing Agent for the Town of Chilhowie . Ms. Warren will have responsibility for all purchases from all departments including Public Works, Police Department and Fire Department.

Effective December 3, 2007 a purchase order must be approved and signed before any supplies and materials can be purchased. Any invoices received without a purchase order will be delayed in payment. Any questions should be directed to Ms. Warren at 276-646-2168 .

Please note that all purchases are subject to the Town of Chilhowie General terms and Conditions which can be found on our website www.chilhowie.org.
