Contract I-Teaters Trucking- Contractor has installed the following items: 1) 1916’ of 6” PVC Water Line 2) 528’ of 3/4” WL 3) reconnected 13 meters 4) 100’ of 2” encasement 5) 30’ of open Cut 12” encasement (6” WL) 6) 882’ of 4” WL 7) 1 4” valve with tapping sleeve 8) 25’ concrete encasement 9) 1 - 2” Blow off valve 
The work completed through last month was 87.39 % of the total contract value with 78.49 % of the contract time.
 
Contract II-Bailey & Wells, Inc. – Contractor has installed the following items 1) 80’ of 6” waterline 2) 20’ of 12” steel encasement 3) 25 reconnects 4) 400’ of road encasement for ¾” line 5) 1673’ of ¾” service line
 The work completed through last month was 82.41 % of the total contract value with 81.32 % of the contract time expired and the work is progressing essentially on time.
Contract III-Hill Construction Contractor has installed the following items: 1) 398’ of ¾” service line 2) 2-2” air release valves 3) 33 reconnects 4) 40’ of ¾” encasement 5) 4 cut and plug of existing waterlines 6) 2 Fire Hydrant assemblies
The work completed through last month was 100.00 % of the total contract value with 97.75 % of the contract time expired and the work is progressing ahead of schedule.
 
Contract IV-Mid-Atlantic Storage Systems- Contractor has installed fence and completed site grading.  The Water Storage Tank is approved for use by the Virginia Health Department (as of 3-23-10)
 
Contract V-Boggs Municipal- Pump was re-installed on May 28, and needs to be scheduled for a test run at the towns convenience.
 
Washington County Service Authority/Town of Chilhowie Mill Creek Water Plant Project
The joint engineering study by WCSA and the Town of Chilhowie authorized by the Council has a continuing Meeting on Tuesday, July 20, 2010 at the WCSA offices.
